NO DOGS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR RELEASED AT ANY OTHER TIMES WITHOUT PROIR ARRANGEMENT.
A HALF OR FULL DAY, DAYCARE FEE WILL APPLY IF PETS ARE BEING FETCHED AFTER 09H00 ON DAY OF CHECKOUT.

STEP 1: Go to our Hotel page on the website and click on the "Make a booking" button. (Fill in and submit form)
STEP 2: We will respond in 12-24 hours by means of emailing you a Provisional Confirmation of your booking where we will highlight conditions such as vaccinations or documentation that requires updating.
STEP 3: Once all the needed conditions are met, the status will be changed to "Booking Confirmed" of which you will receive an email copy where we'll supply all the extra information needed.
STEP 4: Invoices must be paid prior to day of arrival.
Low Season- Full amount due prior to arrival
High Season - 50% Deposit to confirm booking; remainder before / on day of arrival.
